Adding Alt text to pictures on website
It's good to aply Alt text to your images and it's quite easy to apply them to any photo on your web pages.
Sometimes it is important that the search engine find (“see”) your picture by using a certain keyword. This is possible by double clicking on the image you want to find in your search engine (this will open your “Image Settings”).
By just filling the keyword in the “Alternative text” box and click on update it will be possible to find your image in the search engine such as Google's images.
The reason is Search engines can't really read or know what an image is or looks like. But Alt text will allow search engines to index it by the keyword or short description to you apply to it.
Tip: Keep your Alternate text as long tail keywords (3-5 words long) and descriptive while using important keyword that best applies to the image.
