Tips and Guidelines on Setting Pricing:

You set your own prices!
As a reseller you have the freedom to set your own pricing for users. There are no restrictions or limits set by Easy WebContent on the prices you choose to charge your users. This means you can set pricing to best meet your margins and your customer's budgetary needs.

Proposed pricing:
The Easy WebContent standard pricing is $9.95/month and the professional plan is currently $17.95/month (retail pricing to the public)

We consider our prices below industry average. In fact less comparable html editing solutions average $20-25/month.

As a result in terms of comparison pricing to the industry, a $15-$25/month figure is considered a fair and competitive price. Although you can set price as high as you want, in reality high prices will reflect on higher chance of turn over and lower customer retention over time.

One common tip is to offer the editing solution as part of a package / plan which will allow the customer to absorb and willing to pay higher rates with offerings of additional products/services in plan offered to them (for example as part of a hosting or maintenance package)

Ideas on packaging editing service to your customers

Good fit for Web Design / Graphic Design Firms:

- Set it as a yearly package

- Create a monthly maintenance plan for your customers that combines do it yourself editing (using Easy WebContent), and custom updates they may want you to make to the site that require your expertise.
